Firsts...

This has been a weeky of firsts for me. I found my toes, and had squash!!!

Food, a little chef and spit up... what more could you ask for?

My personality is coming out more and more everyday. I'm getting better with rice cereal, but I still like to make a mess (both on my face, and on my moms...)

Fun with the Kuipers

I've been having a lot of fun with the Kuipers girls here! They came into town yesterday, and are coming with us to the game tonight before they take the big boat home tomorrow. My cousins give me lots of toys to play with, and play music for me and hold me lots. It's been a lot of fun having them here. I'm not looking forward to them leaving tomorrow.

Happy 4 months to me!

I turned 4 months old on Saturday! Mommy and Daddy celebrated by feeding me rice cereal for the first time. Yesterday I was pretty confused, but last night I figured out that if I sucked my top lip in, then the cereal might go down a bit better. Today, I was nearly a pro...kind of. :) I did finish the bowl of cereal, but some/lots of it ended up on me.

Here's a random photodump from my mom. The guy on the bottom is my friend Cohen. He lives in St. Louis and came to visit a couple of weeks ago.

Last night Mommy could feel it

and today she could see it! I cut my first tooth! It's a bottom front one, but I don't like to show it off. I've been teething for a couple of weeks, and finally one of the three that are coming in cut through. Daddy and Mommy tell me that I'll feel much better once they come through, but right now, I can get pretty fussy without some tylenol and orajel.

(Mommy says she'll post pictures of my tooth when it gets a bit bigger, and when I finally let her open my mouth without crying.)
